Shipping:
When ordering turf, customers are usually responsible for providing the equipment to unload products from the shipping/trucking company.
All orders will be charged approximately between $0.15- 0.25/sq ft shipping charges depending on your location.
Shipping charges do apply on all orders.
Returns:
All rolls have a specific roll number that must accompany all communications concerning returns or warranty information. All warranty and returns are at Playfield's option. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep roll information for every job a roll is used for. You can find our warranty forms under the Dealer Information link for more information.
